RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order.

1. Please include order number and reason for return in your inquiry
2. Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase
3. Items must be unused, in original condition and resalable
4. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund
5. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the item was damaged in shipping or shipped in error.

7. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
BE Innovations reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of use, alterations, misuse, damage and/or are not in resalable condition. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes.
